At Les Petits Potins our classes are designed to match your interests and give you the opportunity to express yourself in French.
Our goal is to teach you a language which is both practical and relevant to you “pour parler en français”.
This class is a great opportunity to express yourself in French if you feel that you can hold a conversation in the present, past and future tenses in any general situation.
This conversation oriented class is designed to build upon your knowledge and address grammatical nuances. You will also have a chance to discover and discuss some great works of French literature.
Aims of the course
- Fine tuning your French grammar learned so far.
- Providing you with more complex grammatical structures so that you can describe experiences, events, processes, things said by other people, orders, suggestions, opinions, dreams and plans.
- Introducing new topics for discussion to expand your vocabulary further.
- Speaking fluently about societal facts in France and in Australia.
- Reading French Literary books and engaging discussions on the author, the characters, the plot, the underlying themes and historical context.
- Learning colloquial expressions and typical idioms in French.
- Accompany you in the preparation of the DELF B1 exam if you wish to take the exam.
